About Me
Decades of practice, rooted in real connection.
Since 2002, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside clients through life’s many transitions — from the deeply personal challenges of fertility and early motherhood to the identity-shaping moments of young adulthood into college and everything in between.
My approach is grounded in honesty, empathy, and authenticity. I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and real — not clinical or distant. Clients often describe me as both compassionate and direct: someone who truly listens, but also challenges them to see things in new ways and keep moving forward.
As a licensed therapist in New York and Connecticut, I bring together professional expertise and lived experience. I’m also trained in EMDR, an evidence-based approach that helps clients work through trauma, anxiety, and other challenges with clarity and resilience.
At my core, I’m genuine, straightforward, and deeply empathetic. My passion is helping people rediscover their strength, rebuild self-trust, and create lives that feel authentically their own.
